By purchasing an order with Summer Yang Calligraphy, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Design Specifications
Once we get all the details from you we'll start working on the digital proofs. We will contact you as soon as the proofs are ready for revision. Our designs are thoughtfully created and all elements are intentionally selected to create the best overall design. We are happy to make maximum two revisions to your order, however any revisions beyond this may incur a fee for additional design time.

We recommend carefully reviewing your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving your final approval. We cannot make additional changes once your item has been approved for printing and is in production.
Process
Once your order is placed and your content has been collected, we will follow up within 7 to 10 business days with a digital proof for wedding paper and 2 to 3 weeks for custom stationery.
Two round of revisions are included after the delivery of the initial digital proof. These revision rounds can include minor text changes and calligraphy adjustments. Calligraphy adjustments do not include complete rewrites or calligraphy style selection changes. If additional revision rounds are required they are charged at 100 EUR per additional round. It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and possibly delay your order.

Once your digital proof has been approved, production begins right away. We will follow up when production is completed and your goods are ready to ship. Production time for wedding paper takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks upon approval, plus shipping. Custom stationery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days upon approval, plus shipping. Please consider this process time to estimate your expected completion timeline.
Variations
Our handmade papers are made by hand, there may be size, shape and color variations from piece to piece. We consider handmade paper imperfections to be a part of the paper's unique charm.
We strive to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly like the screen color. Please take into consideration the possibility of slight color differences from the digital proof to the physical/printed product.

Our calligraphy is handwritten, please note that there will be slight letter form and placement variances throughout. Names, words or phrases will vary depending on the letters and length. Each hand addressed envelope will vary depending on the letters, the length and arrangement of names, street names, city, and country.

Payment
For custom wedding paper orders, before work begin, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance payment will be due upon project completion, prior to shipping.

Depending on the end weight of your order, shipping charges will be invoiced separately prior to shipping your order.

Delivery
Once the papers are assembled and weighted you will receive a separate invoice for the shipping (excluding online shop orders). The cost of the shipping is supported by the client and depends on the weight of the package and the delivery address. We ship worldwide via France La Poste or DHL Express.
For an estimated shipping cost, please let us know the delivery address. International orders outside the European Union may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country, these are the responsibility of the client. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
Pricing
Pricing on our website represents the full retail price in EUR and include applicable taxes. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.

All designs, images, artworks and products presented in this website or in the products that you purchase are the sole property of Summer Yang Calligraphy unless indicating otherwise. All artwork, images and designs used during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Summer Yang Calligraphy. These designs, images and artworks may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works, or any other purpose. We retain the right to post your invitations or wedding goods on our website and social media.
