SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship via France La Poste Standard Shipping with tracking details for domestic and international orders. It takes 3~5 business days for domestic shipment, up to 20 days for international shipment depends on the country.
If your order requires expedited service, please contact us with your special requirements. A separate invoice will be sent with the shipping option of your choice, once payment is completed your order will be shipped.
We only use trackable shipping methods and we can not be responsible for lost packages that are registered as "delivered". If you are concerned your package may get taken after delivery, please request we require a signature for delivery, additional charges will be applied.
Once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. We are not responsible for any loss, delays and damages during shipping. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs in your country.
We can also ship via DHL Express, the cost of the shipping depends on the weight of the package and the delivery address, please contact us for more details.
Be sure to note that orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. Any customs and import taxes that may apply will be the customer's responsibility.
For custom orders, due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
For non-custom items from our online shop, if you are not satisfied for any reason we are happy to accept your un-used return within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the product is received in its original condition, we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
