How do I start with Custom Calligraphy service?


After receiving your information via our contact form. We will start the consultation by discussing how your wedding is going to look, the mood and style, the colour palette, any specific/special elements you want incorporated in the design, as well as your budget. The more information the better. Feel free to share with us your inspiration, links to photos and Pinterest boards, all of which is going to help us better understand what you want and what you love. Once we have an idea of what you want, based on the discussion carried out in the consultation part, we'll send you a proposal with what the wedding suite will include, a general idea of how it would look like, alongside a quote. If you decide to go ahead after examining the offer, we will issue an invoice for the advance. After the review, your approval, and the payment of the design fee, the collaboration can begin.




Can we have our invitations designed in any language?


Yes, of course we can make your invitations in multiple languages. For each layout with a different text, in another language. You just need to send us the final texts, just as you want it to appear.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we love working with couples all around the world!




Some of my handwritten envelopes are written incorrectly, what should I do?


If the error is our mistake, we will rewrite the envelopes in need of correction and ship them at no cost. If we are unable to rewrite the envelopes, we will refund the charges for envelope addressing for the number that was incorrect. If the error is the client's mistake, our regular envelope calligraphy price plus a 25 EUR set up fee will be charged, plus the cost of shipping.




Can my orders be rushed?


Yes, you may request that your order be rushed. Please contact us as soon as possible with your requested completion date. If your desired date is possible, an additional fee will be added to your total to accommodate the rush order.




What other Day of Stationery do you do?


We do all kinds of Day of Sationery such as menus, table numbers, place cards, escort cards, signages...etc., can all be done in the custom design or same design as the invitation suite.




How far in advance should I place my custom invitation suite order?


Our Custom Calligraphy servise takes between 4 to 6 weeks from your order date, approx 2 to 3 weeks for design/proof process and approx 2 to 3 weeks for printing. We recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time.




Can I place an order only for envelope addressing?


Yes of course. We are more than happy to provide envelope addressing service if you already have your invitations ready.
